Bring it to an A1 Shop
Please bring your broken smartphone to a nearby A1 shop.
We’ll give you a loaner device while yours is being repaired.
Get a Repaired or New Device
Your device will be repaired in a specialized workshop authorized by the manufacturer. If the damage is irreparable, you can get a replacement directly in the shop—either the same model or an equivalent one.

Legal Information on the A1 Handygarantie for Customers
As of November 1, 2017, new General Warranty and Insurance Terms and Conditions applies to the A1 Handygarantie.
All customers whose A1 Handygarantie policies have been transitioned to the new General Warranty and Insurance Terms and Conditions will be notified of the upcoming changes. If you’re unsure whether these changes apply to your A1 Handygarantie policy, please contact our A1-HG customer service by email at kundenservice@a1hg.at or send a letter by post to: A1-Handygarantie-Kundenservice, Postfach 56, 4020 Linz. For further information, you can also reach us by phone at 0800 / 664 488.
- No-Claim Bonus: If you do not report a claim during the first 24 months, you’re entitled to have the deductible waived for your next claim.
That means we won’t charge you any deductible for that particular damage. - We’ve renewed the group insurance policy. As a result, you, the policyholder, are now covered through Atlas Insurance PCC Limited, acting as the claims-handling insurer for the L’AMIE Cell. Atlas Insurance PCC Limited (“Atlas”) is a Protected Cell Company (PCC) established under the Insurance Business Act 1998 (Chapter 403 of the Laws of Malta) and authorized to conduct general insurance business. It is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
- Right to Terminate During Minimum Contract Period: For users of A1 Next or similar A1 offers for purchasing a new A1 device, we’ve introduced a right to terminate the contract—even during the active minimum contract period.
